Studique ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Studique mobile application and web platform for students. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices you have. By using Studique you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

To show your academic data, you provide your college NetID and password when logging in. We use these credentials only to retrieve your academic data (attendance, marks, courses, timetable, and study materials) directly from your college’s student portal on your behalf. We do not store your password. After a successful login, you receive a session token which is stored securely on your device only.

2. How We Store Your Data

Your session token is stored securely on your device using the operating system’s secure storage (Keychain / Android Keystore). Your password is sent only when you log in and is not saved. Non-sensitive study content that you view may be cached locally on your device so the app works offline.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your academic data solely to provide the features you ask for, including attendance tracking, GPA calculation, timetable, and study materials. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the service (for example, our hosting provider that stores academic data you request). Your NetID, password, and session token are never disclosed to other users.

5. Community Study Materials

Studique lets students share study materials. Any content you share is visible to other users of the app. Do not include personal or sensitive information in shared content.

6. Data Security

We follow reasonable security practices (HTTPS to transit, secure on-device storage for your session token) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Control

You can log out of the app at any time, which clears your session token from the device. You can also request deletion of any account-related data we hold by contacting us at the address below.
